Beginning February 13, 2017 the City Office will be open from 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday with the exceptions of holidays.
Failure to receive the bill does not waive the penalty or disconnection of service.
Utility Bills are mailed out on or about 5th of each month and that is when they are due. The bills must be paid before the close of business by
date posted on the front of the bills to avoid a 10% penalty regardless if you pay in person, on-line, by mail or in the night deposit box.
Disconnection notices are mailed out with the date of disconnection. The payment must be received before the shut off date to avoid utility
